Helping Families in Their Time of Need
Nobody thinks about divorce when they get married and start a family. Yet we frequently hear that 50% of all marriages end in divorce. And when a marriage deteriorates, unfortunately people are bitter, angry, emotional, scared, upset and nervous about what the future holds for them and their children. When it seems as if your world is crumbling around you, it is important to have competent, caring and mature legal representation at these crucial times. I can help.
In a divorce proceeding, many important details have to be decided, which will affect the rest of the parties’ lives and which will become Orders of the Probate and Family Court. Child custody, financial support, health insurance and a division of assets and liabilities between the divorcing couple are chief among them. I make sure that my clients’ needs are addressed fairly and quickly in court. I patiently explain the law and how the system works to my clients, so that they know what to expect. I take a reasoned approach to the case and I never, ever let the other side take advantage.
I started representing clients in divorce and family law matters in 1989. I take pride in knowing that my clients rely upon me to make sure they are heard and that their interests are advanced
as we go through the divorce case together. A divorce can be tough and emotionally draining for the client. I strive to remain the calm voice of reason as I navigate the case through the
system to its final resolution. Click on the results and testimonials tab above to learn more. If you, a friend, family member or loved one are contemplating a divorce, please call my office.
